2. Arakkal Museum

4. Famous Forts of Kannur

You can visit the two famous forts in Kannur that are famous for their architecture and the history of forts. The Thalassery Fort is one of the ancient monuments in Kannur, the fort shows the culture and tradition of Kerala. At the art gallery in Thalassery fort, you can see the best paintings of several famous artists.

6. Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary 

The Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary is spread over 55 sq. meters and it is home to many wild animals, species of flora and fauna. For the best experience, you can hire a guide and go for a jeep safari. At the sanctuary, you can also go for trekking and enjoy the landscape views. While exploring the sanctuary and trekking you don’t need to worry about jungle risks because you will be guided by professional instructors. 

At the sanctuary, you can also choose camping that is held every year which educate the tourists about the environment. The camp is organised mainly for students but tourists can also be a part of it by taking authorisation from Chief Conservation of Forests.
